I watched National Velvet every chance I could as a kid - there were no videotapes or dvd's back then (OMG how did we manage???) You actually had to pay attention to the TV guide that came in the newspaper and catch it when it was on, which wasn't often. How primitive :)

Thank you lovely Ms. Taylor for your thrilling performance in this movie and many others, and for all you gave to the world through your activism and kindness. You are with your friend Michael now.
